A new interface supports FacetPhone™, an enterprise class communications solution that completely integrates a company’s phone system with their OSAS or TRAVERSE software. Among other features, inbound caller ID information is used to display customer or vendor details from TRAVERSE or OSAS. FacetPhone also allows users to easily record the phone call and store the audio as a linked document, look up and dial a contact directly from TRAVERSE or OSAS, and more.
