The installation, setup and configuration of FacetPhone is logical and easy.

Application Integration:

Some important software applications are already integrated with FacetPhone for dialing, retrieving the callerID for "screen pops" on inbound calls, and automatically storing the call detail records and call recordings in the customer's database. However, virtually any software application, if the source code is available, can be easily integrated with FacetPhone using the NetTAPI and UTAPI protocols.

Not for Resale System:

As you might expect, FacetCorp is offering our FacetPhone resellers an easy way to get a FacetPhone system for your in-house use and/or demonstration system. You simply pay for whatever components you need at the low reseller price. Beginning with your first customer sale, FacetCorp will credit your account for the FacetPhone software licenses you paid for your NFR system up to the amount sold to your customer, whichever is less.

Sales Leads:

FacetCorp will be generating FacetPhone sales leads through the web and various other marketing activities. As an Authorized FacetPhone Reseller, we will send you appropriate sales leads for your geographic area.

Sales Assistance:

FacetCorp will train you on how to sell FacetPhone. Currently, this is done informally on a one-on-one basis. In addition, FacetCorp will provide product information, live demonstrations and/or webinars for you and your prospective customers. And we will work with you to complete your prospect's quotation and proposal. In short FacetCorp is your sales support team.

Opportunities to Add Value:

With any telephone system there are numerous opportunities for the reseller to add value, and FacetPhone is no exception. So, in addition to the margin opportunity with the FacetPhone software, here are some value-add possibilities:

  • Integration with your software application solution with NetTAPI and/or UTAPI. And once the integration is complete, you may sell the integration component to your software customers whenever they get a FacetPhone system.
  • Installation service.
  • Customization services:
    • Scripting
    • IVRs
    • Voice prompts
