I have used Facetwin for about 4 years and I have 100% up-time with it. Not once did Facetwin cause an error or problem with a Windows 95,98,XP machine (this should be in the Guinness Book of World Records) or my Unix Server. Every time I have been down, it was always related to some other software of hardware problem.
I am now going to start using your Security Pack for my remote telecommuting employees. I have asked around for ways to do this, I checked out the other hardware and software options and contenders, and once again you were there with a product to fit my needs while saving me hundreds of dollars. It doesn't get any better than this.

Thanks a MILLION for your wonderful products!!! FacetTerm, FacetWin and FacetWin Security Pack are the greatest products on the market. You have the best product, the best support and the nicest employees of any of the software vendors whose products we recommend and install on our customers computers. With Security Pack, we can now hook up to our customers all over the country and fix their problems without using the old "dial-up" connection. It saves us time and needless to say lots of money on long distance charges. We will not sell a Unix system that does not connect from their PC's using FacetWin. Our customers love it and when I show them how to drag and drop a screen into a word document they are awestruck. What an awesome product.

As a software developer and integrator I have used many tools and software packages to bridge the UNIX/PC gap. About a year ago we started using FacetWin at our customer sites. It is by far the best solution I have seen for UNIX shops. It is a very stable product. It just WORKS! It is simple to install and when properly configured, allows our PC and UNIX applications to reside together almost transparently. The few issues we have had at install sites were resolved quickly by your Technical Support Team. Many times we don't even have to wait for a call back ! (Very rare in this industry.) Keep up the good work and keep those products coming !

I've got to tell you, this is the BEST PRODUCTS FOR UNIX that I have ever seen. After downloading the eval. file and reading the associated text files I had FacetWin up and running in less than 15 minutes. And I mean up and running, logging in, mounting the shared resources, everything. Although I am not much in the "direct" sales business as my software is sold through distributors, I am telling everyone that I know about FacetWin. You guys really have a winner of a product!!!
